We usually start our process with OMF ingestion- we will then sort supplied tracks into order as dictated by output specifications-   we then edit dialog creating  B/G fill to create a seamless narrative  - We will then spot  foley/SFX/ambiences as required.  and output following  spec R128 etc standards  - Masters and deliverables dipped undipped as requested.
